To find details on the status of your order, go to "My Account" and then " Follow my orders ".

You will receive an email at each new step of your order indicating its status.

The status of your order can be :

1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY FOR HARD-TO-REACH AREA LIGHTING SYSTEMS RALS PELI™

Peli Products, S.L.U. ("Peli™") warrants its Remote Area Lighting Systems (RALS) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW :

  1. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ;

If your promotional code doesn't work, we recommend that you read the terms and conditions of use of the promotional code. 
We advise you to do so : 

  • Make sure the code has not expired.
  • Check the type of product mentioned in the offer.  It is possible that the type of product you have chosen doesn't match the offer.

It is not possible to cumulate two promotional codes on a single basket. If you have two promotional codes that you wish to use, you must place two separate orders to benefit from them individually.

To change your personal information (delivery address, billing address, last name, first name, phone, e-mail, password), log in to your account. In "My Account", click on "Personal Information". Modify the information you wish to change.

Invoices are not sent with the products. They are sent in the email "payment accepted".

To validate your order, follow these steps :

  • Mondial Relay : delivery within 3 to 5 working days.
  • DPD Classic : delivery within 24/48 hours (working days). 
  • DPD Domicile Predict: delivery within 24/48 hours (working days) in the time period that is most convenient for you (among the choices offered by DPD). 
  • Transport SCHENKER: delivery within 48 hours (working days).
  • TNT : delivery within 3 to 5 working days depending on the country.
