Frequently Asked Questions

To log out of your account, simply go to "My Account" and click on "Log Out".

To change your personal information (delivery address, billing address, last name, first name, phone, e-mail, password), log in to your account. In "My Account", click on "Personal Information". Modify the information you wish to change. 

Be careful, when you change your personal information, orders placed with your old information will not take into account the new one. Only future orders will use your new information. Check all the elements (billing address, delivery address, name...) during payment, because once your information is entered for your order, they can no longer be modified. 
 

To change your login information, log in to your account. In "My Account", click on "Personal Information". Change your email address in "Email Address" and your password in "New Password". Don't forget to confirm your new password in the "Confirm Password" field. 

To unsubscribe from our Newsletter, click on the "Unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of the last email you received.

If you have lost your password, when you log in, click on "Forgot your password?". Fill in your email address and click on " Send me my password again ". You will receive an email with your password.
