Frequently Asked Questions

The majority of the products and equipment of beaconing and signalling proposed by our company Proteclight can be returned. However, certain personalized products created to measure according to your needs cannot be returned or exchanged.

In accordance with the article L.121-20-2 3° of the French Code of Consumption, the right of retractation cannot be exercised for the goods made according to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized. Consequently, the right of withdrawal from which the consumers benefit under the terms of the article L. 121-20 of the Code of the Consumption can be exercised only for the following products:

Invoices are not sent with the products. They are sent in the email "payment accepted". 

The means of payment available on our site are the following:

  • Credit card (Visa and Mastercard)
  • PayPal (card or account)
  • Bank transfer
  • Check 
  • Administrative mandate (reserved for institutions in the field of public accounting (education, town hall, local authorities, etc.).

Our means of payment are 100% secure with our banking service provider Crédit Mutuel. 

Please note that for payments by check and bank transfer, the information necessary to send your payment will be sent to you by email once your order has been validated. Your order will only be shipped upon receipt of payment.

 

You are unable to confirm your order?

If you tried to pay with a credit card, we invite you first to check that :

  • Your card has not expired
  • Your card number has been entered correctly, re-enter it - your account is funded or your limit is not exceeded.

If you wish to pay by Paypal but this indicates an error, please try again with your credit card. The Paypal site may encounter temporary bugs.

If despite these checks, you still encounter a problem, please contact us by email at contact@proteclight.com and send us a screenshot of the error message.

To validate your order, follow these steps : 

  • Step 1 : Once you have chosen your item, add it to your cart by clicking "Add to cart". 
  • Step 2 : When all the items you wish to purchase are added to your cart, click on the "Cart" icon in the top right corner, then on " Order ".
  • Step 3 : Check that your cart is complete and press "Continue shopping". 
  • Step 4 : Fill in your details in the required fields, then click "Continue shopping". Attention, check all the elements (billing address, delivery address, name...) during the payment, because once your information is entered for your order, they cannot be modified.
  • Step 5 : Choose your shipping method and your payment method. 
  • Step 6 : Check the box "I have read and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale" then press " Confirm and Pay ". 

Your order is validated. Once your payment has been accepted, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. 

To recommend the same product, here are the steps to follow:

  • Step 1 : Click on "My Account".
  • Step 2 : Go to " Follow my orders".
  • Step 3 : Click on " Reorder " on the product you wish to reorder

Confirmation emails are sent to the address used to place your order after validation of your payment.

If you haven't received it, don't hesitate to check in your spam mails first.

Otherwise, log in to your Proteclight account and check your order history to make sure that your order has been registered.
