If your promotional code doesn't work, we recommend that you read the terms and conditions of use of the promotional code. 
We advise you to do so : 

  • Make sure the code has not expired.
  • Check the type of product mentioned in the offer.  It is possible that the type of product you have chosen doesn't match the offer.
  • To check the amount of your cart.  Some promotional codes are sometimes programmed for a certain amount (minimum or maximum). 
  • To verify the quantity of products mentioned in the offer.  Promotional codes are sometimes programmed for a number of products. 
  • To verify that you are not trying to apply an offer valid only for the first order when you have already ordered at Proteclight. 
     

It is not possible to cumulate two promotional codes on a single basket. If you have two promotional codes that you wish to use, you must place two separate orders to benefit from them individually.

Enter the promotional code when you validate your cart in the dedicated field at the bottom of the cart page " Promotional Code ". Click on "Apply" for the code to work. The amount of the discount appears in orange at the bottom of your cart. The amount of the discount will be automatically deducted from the amount of your order.

Please note that the discount amount will be deducted from the amount of your order : 

  • You must be connected to your Proteclight account to benefit from your promotional code. 
  • Promotional codes do not apply to shipping costs (unless contraindicated).
