What is the status of my order ?

To find details on the status of your order, go to "My Account" and then " Follow my orders ".

You will receive an email at each new step of your order indicating its status.

The status of your order can be :

  • Waiting for payment
  • Payment accepted
  • Reminder of payment
  • Payment refused
  • Preparation in progress
  • Shipped
  • Cancelled order

When your order is shipped, you can track the delivery of your package by entering your tracking number and sometimes the postal code of the delivery address on the site of the chosen shipper:  

For on-site pick-ups, we keep you informed by email when your order is ready for pick-up.
