3. Personal data collected on the Site

If your Account is inactive for 2 years (absence of activity on your part on the proteclight.com website), your personal data is then definitively deleted, except for the data specific to invoicing, which are necessary in the context of controls by the Tax Authorities.

In accordance with the Regulations, Proteclight implements all technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the data and the risks presented by the processing, to preserve the security and confidentiality of the personal data that you communicate and, in particular, to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorised third parties.

The Site is hosted by Nexylan, SAS located at 274 avenue de la Marne in Marcq en Baroeul (F-59700).

Any personal information collected through the Site will be stored, in France, on the server(s) of this host, made available to Proteclight. The host acts as a subcontractor of Proteclight, within the meaning of the Regulations. It implements appropriate security measures to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your personal data. It has no right of use on your personal data, except for the purposes of performing technical services of hosting and database management and only on written instruction and under the control of Proteclight.

9. Rights to your personal data
In accordance with the Regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, limit, delete and make available your personal data. You also have the right to object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of your personal data.
